Recommend for a swift stopover

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, and the big bed ensured a lovely night's sleep, and the large outdoor pool and quick access to a beautiful beach made our stay nice.

Nothing to improve on.

The location couldn't be more exceptionally nice in the middle of jackson. The staff were helpful with any request. The room was incredible and luxurious, I had central heating, pay television, and a safe.

Pleasant and clean hotel, very attentive staff. Sensational breakfast for the start of the day. Exceptionally nice location in the middle of the city & sea views. Based so close to the grounds as well as restaurants.

The seaside location was fine, and the food was great with amazing a la carte options like delicious Italian dishes.

The misrepresentation of renovated rooms online led to disappointment, and communication barriers with the staff caused significant service delays. Check-in procedures were also disorganized, affecting our overall experience.

A safe, a mini bar, and central heating in the room, nice location...

This hotel claims to be a 5-star, but it fails miserably. Upon arrival, we were met with cold, sarcastic staff who clearly lacked training in service excellence. Not only was over 90% of the staff unable to communicate in English, this. The food quality was disappointingly poor, far below any standard I expected, stripping away the atmosphere of a true luxury experience.

Enjoyable Family Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our week-long stay with plenty of amenities for the kids, including a nice kids club. The drinks were hit or miss, so be sure to clarify your order. Beautiful grounds make family strolls good!

Very nice experience with amazing staff!

The stay included wonderfully comfortable rooms and a great swimming pool that provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The guest services were really good, especially at the reception, and the staff went out of their way to ensure enjoyment, including serving fantastic shisha. The food was delicious, particularly the takeaway options that satisfied diverse tastes.

The seaside views were amazing, and we enjoyed the lovely Italian restaurant. The gym had everything we needed for a good workout.

I was blown away by the lovely beachfront setup, where I could dive right into the shimmering blue waters! The staff, bringing me delicious meals at the multiple exquisite dining options-think mouthwatering Italian that was on par with the best in Italy! My luxurious room was a true haven, spacious with fine views of the coastline
